We process and ship orders across the United States utilizing our standardized domestic fulfillment networks. 
• Standard Insured Shipping: Flat rate of $5.95 USD for all orders totaling $0.00 to $74.99 USD.
• FREE Standard Shipping: Automatically applied at checkout to all orders totaling $75.00 USD or more.

Delivery Timeframes: 
Standard shipping orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days following order dispatch. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly based on carrier volumes and destination regions.

2. PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT TIMES
Because we operate an automated, smart on-demand fulfillment pipeline to apply our custom brand signatures to your items, please allow 1 to 3 business days for our warehouse team to pick, brand, pack, and verify your order before it is handed over to the domestic carrier (USPS/UPS).

3. TRACKING NUMBER PROVISION
Every single order placed on our storefront carries comprehensive shipment tracking. The exact moment your package is scanned onto the delivery vehicle, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your active tracking number and live tracking link will be delivered straight to your inbox. 

4. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLOSURES & SUPPORT CONTACT
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure their delivery address is typed correctly at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact our support desk immediately at princessgracebeauty@hotmail.com or call/text us at 312-687-1707 within 2 hours of clicking "Complete Order." Once an order has been printed and processed by our fulfillment warehouse, address changes cannot be executed.
