1. 30-DAY RETURN ELIGIBILITY BOUNDARIES
You have 30 days from the physical delivery date of your item to request a return. To satisfy our safety and sanitation compliance protocols, your item must be completely unused, unopened, unswatched, and enclosed in its original custom packaging with all protective hygienic seals completely unbroken. We cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics, used skin devices, or unsealed personal nail care due to health and safety regulations.

2. DAMAGES & DEFECTIVE ITEM REPLACEMENTS
If your package suffers transit damage or arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will fix it instantly. Please inspect your order upon arrival and reach out to our customer support desk within 48 hours of delivery at princessgracebeauty@hotmail.com or text/call our line at 312-687-1707. Please enclose:
• Your active Order Number.
• Clear physical photos or a brief video clip showing the damaged cosmetic formula or defective electronic device.
Once verified, Princess Grace Beauty will immediately ship a brand-new, identical replacement item straight to your address at 100% zero additional cost to you.

3. REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINES
Once your return package is safely received and inspected by our US fulfillment warehouse team, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or digital payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 standard business days for your banking institution to post the transaction credit live onto your statement logs.
